New Zealand's Kawakawa is amazing. This unassuming herb helps with skin conditions ranging from eczema to nappy rash. Herb Nerd NZ Kawakawa Salve provides a healing barrier for eczema. Use it to prevent irritation of the skin. It soothes, heals, and protects the affected area. It is safe to use on bleeding eczema, too. Use it for psoriasis. It helps to soften the skin and decrease the itching. For nappy rash apply as required. It provides a healing barrier to keep sore skin separate from all that happens in a nappy. Use it on bug bites to take the itch away and decrease any swelling. It can help heal sunburns, bruises, and rashes. It really is a good all rounder.
The Kawakawa used here is harvested by the local Iwi in the North Island of New Zealand. We infuse the dried herb in organic olive oil for six weeks. The infused oil is then combined with organic New Zealand beeswax. The result is a glowing green salve ready for use. There are no preservatives and no other additives.
Apply to affected area as you require. A little does go a long way.
For weeping eczema or deeply cracked, open skin please test a small area first.
