Place one teaspoon of flowers in a small teapot or cup. Try using a clear glass cup or teapot for maximal visual effect.
Pour in 250 mls of boiling water.
Infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Strain. Sweeten if desired.
Milk of choice can be added.
Enjoy as a hot drink or pour over ice for a refreshing treat.
