Valerian has historically been used with anxiety, insomnia & restlessness. Some people may find the root to be too strong. Valerian flowers are possibly more gentle than the root. They are almost peaceful in comparison. Yes, I just said they were peaceful. :) My own words, not a therapeutic claim.
Linden flowers & leaves could help with anxiety & irritability. They have a slightly sweet fragrance.
Elderflowers have been known, for thousands of years, to have some calming ability and may help with that sweaty feeling. They could also help decrease nasal congestion.
