peppermint & yarrow.

Do not take more than suggested as this tea takes anywhere from
8-14 hours to take effect.

Infuse 1 tsp (1-2 gr) of tea in one cup of boiling water.
Steep for 2-5 minutes.
Strain.
Drink last thing in the evening.Or take half before bed & the other half in the morning.
