Certified organic Urtica dioica herb (leaf & stem.)
No preservatives. No other additives.Infuse 1 teaspoon in 200 mls of boiling water for ten minutes.
Add lemon or ginger or honey according to your tastes.
Drink 1-2 cups per day.
It can be made in advanced and kept in the fridge if you so desire.Nettle can be added to soup.
Add 1 teaspoon to a medium pot of soup.
For a single serving add 1/4 of a teaspoon.
