    Adults: Take 1-4 capsules per day. 
                    Divided doses is recommended at higher amounts.
    Do not exceed 4 capsules as it can cause intestinal irritation.

    Do not use if:
    🌱Taking blood thinners.
    🌱Have a bleeding disorder.
    🌱During pregnancy or lactation.
    🌱Sensitive or allergic to the Lamiaceae family (basil, hyssop, lavender, marjoram, mint, and sage)
